Canticles and cake; Festal Harvest Evensong

Date:6th October 2019


Location:St Botolph’s Church, Lullingstone, Kent

A service of Choral Evensong for Harvest Festival in the beautiful setting of the church on the lawn; with the benefice choir under the direction of Barrie Payne. Tea and cake will be served after the service.

Lullingstone Castle and The World Garden will be open to the public from noon but access to the parish church is free of charge. All welcome.

To find St Botolph’s, turn off the A225 in the centre of Eynsford village, opposite St Martin’s Church, and cross the river by the stone bridge. Follow the lane [Riverside becomes Lullingstone Lane] under a splendid viaduct and past Lullingstone Roman Villa, until you reach the Tudor gatehouse of Lullingstone Castle.
