Twenty-one candidates representing eleven dioceses met in the Cranmer Awards Finals day this weekend.
The 36th annual awards was staged at the impressive Holme Pierrepont Hall just outside Nottingham.
The senior competition was won by Tomas Cassidy representing Chichester East. Bahati Sezibera (Sheffield diocese) and Edward Maxwell (Oxford diocese) came second and third.
Antony Vazhappilly from Oxford diocese took the Junior section award. Frederica Sheppard (Chichester East) and Hugo Robinson (Chester) were very worthy runners up.
Jon Riding, Chairman of the Cranmer Awards committee, thanked all the candidates and their supporters for coming. He said the competition had been 'splended' with some 'marvellous presentations'. The Revd Josh Gaskell, the chairman of the junior judging panel said, 'the quality of the presentations had been absolutely phenomenal'.
The Archdeacon of Nottingham, the Venerable Phil Williams awarded the prizes and certificates at the end of the day.

Heats for the 2026 competion being in the Autumn and the finals day next February will be held at the Chapel Royal Hampton Court.
