The afternoon will begin at 4.30 with guided walk around St Martin’s extensive and fascinating
churchyard. Sensible footwear is advised.

The brief Rochester Branch AGM will be held in the Brass Crosby Room starting at 5.30. The
Brass Crosby Room will be open from 5.15. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served.

Choral Evensong will be at 6.30, followed by refreshments in the Brass Crosby Room.

St Martin of Tours is situated in Church Road, Chelsfield, near Orpington, Kent. The closest Post
Code for Sat Nav purposes is BR6 7RF. Church Rd is bisected by the A224 Orpington
By-pass; from Orpington turn right and from Knockholt (A21 & M25 junction 4) turn left. There
is parking outside the church. Disabled Parking Bays are available and the Brass Crosby Room
has a toilet suitable for wheel-chair users.
