Lichfield Branch Festival

12:30pm Choral Communion sung by the Cathedral Chamber Choir. The Celebrant and Preacher will be the Bishop of Lichfield.

Setting: Communion Service in the Phrygian Mode (C Wood)
Motet: Almighty and merciful God (J Goss)
Organ Voluntary: Allabreve in D BWV 589 by J S Bach.

Refreshments and afternoon talks to be held in the Old Stables.

2:45pm  Talks on the Prayer Book to be given by former Archbishop Rowan Williams and PBS Chairman Bradley Smith. rchbishop Rowan's talk is entitled, "Prayer-Book Catholicism: more than a museum piece?"

4:15pm Choral Evensong sung by the Cathedral Chamber Choir.

Refreshments will be £10 per person and in the form of a buffet of sandwiches, cakes, crisps, fruit, tea, coffee and soft drinks. If you wish to join for the buffet please purchase a ticket below, ticket sales will end on 15th September.
