Lively Sacrifice: The Prayer Book and the Vocation to Holiness
We are returning to Liverpool Hope University for our annual conference. This year, five excellent speakers will help us to explore the Prayer Book’s capacity to deepen discipleship and lead to growth in personal holiness.
The conference opens with Sung Evensong at 5.30pm on Thursday, 17 August, with arrivals and registration from 4.00pm. The Society’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30am on the Friday. On Friday afternoon, we will enjoy a guided tour of Liverpool Cathedral before Choral Evensong; one of the Conference talks will be held in the Cathedral’s Lady Chapel. We return to Liverpool Hope in time for dinner. The Conference ends after lunch on the Saturday.
